As an entrepreneur, I believe it necessary to have positive mentors, motivators, and inspiration. It would be easy to lump these 3 into 1 but they are not the same thing. The vocabulary you have and use are key parts to being successful and these 3 words should become part of your lexicon. I’ll explain.

My Inspiration comes from my son. He inspires me to succeed. When I get up in the morning and go wake him out of bed, I look around at his room and I get inspired to build a bigger house so he can have more space. I want to be able to provide for my family therefore I have to work harder.

My mentor(s) are my broker, my accountant, and my coworkers. They assist me in learning the things I want and need to learn about business. They have been there and done that. When I have a question about marketing, I can talk to the people in marketing. When I have questions about money, I have my accountant. And when I need guidance on real estate, there is my broker.

I am motivated by people who are where I want to be. People like Russell Simmons, Robert Kiyosaki, Warren Buffett, and others. They have reached a level that only a very few have achieved. They have broken the barriers of adversity, emotional setback, financial setback, and educational brick walls. I’m motivated when I hear of thier success, read their books, or learn of the charities they give to and create through their success.

We live in the greatest nation on earth. No one where else on the planet can you achieve financial success like in America. The only thing holding you back is positive reinforcement. Recognize your goals. Then find your inspiration, look for good mentors, and study your motivators.
